Favorite Work Music?

My favorite music genre is definitely R&B especially when I’m working. I’m usually listening to Kehlani, SZA, Coco Jones, and Aqyila. When I need a little energy boost to speed things up, I switch to Afrobeats or some good pop music. Music is 100% my go-to when I work it just puts me in the zone. I’ll also throw on a podcast sometimes, depending on my mood, from medical topics to comedy. Keeps things interesting while I get stuff done.

Favorite drink while working?

I’m always grabbing a cold iced coffee when I’m working no question. Homemade too, just iced coffee, milk, and honestly a very generous amount of creamer. No shame. But when it’s colder out, I switch it up and go for a cozy matcha latte. Gotta match the mood

Favorite way to spend a day off?

When I’m not working, I’m at the lake with friends, grabbing ice cream, or walking the dogs. Honestly, anything in the sun is the plan that’s how I’m spending my day off, no questions asked.
